Duties and Responsibilities

• Own all PDP content : titles, bullets, A+ content, storefronts, images, and video
• Partner with Creative to brief and QA new image / video assets for retail.com
• Maintain retail.com merchandising calendars and coordinate seasonal updates
• Track and enhance keyword performance, search rank, reviews, and Q&A
• Manage new product launches across marketplaces, ensuring on-time setup and asset readiness
• Audit competitor listings, keyword use, and brand storytelling tactics
• Work with Inventory & Fulfillment to maintain in-stock rates and flag low inventory risks
• Analyze CVR, clickthrough rate, organic search performance, and page heatmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Ops teams
