Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing and counseling them on suitable insurance solutions.
- Policy Management : Assist clients with the details of insurance offerings and manage the entire insurance application process from start to finish.
- Retention Strategies : Work to retain existing clients through proactive follow-ups and by offering optimal insurance products that meet their evolving needs.
- Community Involvement : Actively participate in local community events to strengthen our brand presence and build meaningful relationships.
- Industry Knowledge : Continuously expand knowledge on insurance products, industry updates, and government regulations to offer informed recommendations.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain a Louisiana State Property & Casualty Insurance License.Education : High school diplomaExperience : Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer relations.Customer-Oriented : Commitment to providing exemplary customer service and support.Motivated : Self-driven with a positive attitude and a passion for achieving goals.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze client needs and tailor personalized insurance solutions.Team Player : Willingness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Technology Proficient : Comfortable with using CRM databases and various communication platforms.
