Program Task Order Manager

RMantras is seeking an experienced Program Task Order Manager to provide support to a mission critical Infrastructure Support Service across all managed platforms using on-site contractor support services for our customer onsite in Arlington, VA and Mark Center. The position requires to obtain an integrated, structured approach to operating, managing, and maintaining DISA Infrastructure Support Services across all managed platforms using on-site contractor support services within the Infrastructure Support Branch. Additionally, the candidate hired will provide support to customer security in the implementation of physical controls and best practices within DISA IT facilities. The contractor shall describe the methodology used to accomplish and manage tasks. This action will include but is not limited to the updating and posting of access control rosters as deemed appropriate by DISA Security. The contractor shall demonstrate how they will streamline tasks for efficiencies, add value, and improve response delivery to the customers, mission partners and support agencies that reside within DISA Infrastructure Facility Rooms (IFRs).

Program Management Higher level tasks, stand ups, regular briefings, to include in progress reviews. Deployment, Configuration, Change Control

  • Provide asset management status updates, configuration control, and change management for IFR, Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) and decommissions.
  • Build, install, provide test and acceptance services to include any life-cycle upgrades / technology that impact of program.
  • IFR Management

  • Key focal point for DISA customers and support agencies, systems administrators, telecom companies, and contractors requiring on premises footprint, power, and telecom services.
  • Operational Engineering

  • Support the definition of requirements for upgrades and lifecycle replacements (Continual Service Improvement)
  • Project Engineering

  • Support the definition of requirements for upgrades and lifecycle replacements (Continual Service)
  • Project management and execution for deployment efforts in accordance with (IAW) enterprise engineering standards
  • Support customer migrations
  • Performance Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide support for overall operations, maintenance, change and configuration management, and deployment of support services.
  • Core Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience may be substituted for a degree at the Hiring Manager's discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Data Center IT projects / operations in an organization similar in size to DISA J6 C4.
  • Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope.
  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Data Center operations.
  • Knowledge of DFARS and FAR regulations and requirements.
  • Knowledge of IP and optical network operation.
  • Knowledge of DoD network and system security requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operation.
  • Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a DoD IT environment.
  • Experience managing performance-based contract TOs.
  • Demonstrated experience with the ITIL framework (currently v3).
