Archetype Health is a small but dynamic holistic chiropractic and functional health clinic in Homewood, Alabama . Were looking for a Clinic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about peoples health, growth, and well-being.
About the Role
This position blends office management and administrative leadership . Youll oversee the daily operations of the clinic, manage staff and schedules, support patient accounts, and help ensure every aspect of the office runs smoothly. Because were a smaller team, this role is hands-on and highly valued youll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions every day.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflowManage employee schedules, time-off requests, and performance feedback (including coaching and write-ups when necessary)Handle administrative duties including payroll coordination, vendor relations, and office supply managementManage patient accounts, billing follow-up, and insurance verificationTrack payments, reconcile balances, and maintain accurate financial and scheduling reportsSupport onboarding, training, and communication between staff and leadershipMaintain office compliance, EHR accuracy, and organized administrative systemsCollaborate with clinic owners to support growth, efficiency, and team cultureIdeal Candidate
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitaskConfident with numbers, scheduling, and operational detailsFamiliar with EHR systems (experience in healthcare or chiropractic preferred)Knowledgeable in insurance verification and patient billingExcellent communicator and team leaderDependable, professional, and motivated to help others succeedCompensation & Benefits
