Recovery Analyst

A company is looking for a Recovery Analyst I (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assist providers in identifying, reviewing, and validating patient accounts in a credit balance state

Manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of identified client overpayments

Build and maintain professional relationships with provider personnel and respond to requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

Experience in Revenue Cycle - Patient Accounting preferred

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical skills

Proactive, independent, and results-oriented

Customer and team-focused with a desire for long-term participation in the firm's growth
