The Sr. Wireless Design Engineer : Wi-Fi designs, plans, establishes, and optimizes wireless networks; develops wireless network infrastructures and makes recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Plan for designs / projects to deliver excellent quality of services for several years to come
• Audit network designs for over-design or under-design.
• Properly scope requirements for projects.
• Work and engage with other members outside of the engineering department.
• Train and work with operational level staff members.
• Expertise in wireless protocols (802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax / be), RF principles, Auth methods, encryption, and spectrum management.

Document network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures

Other duties as required or assigned.
