In this hybrid role, you will :

Serve as the warm, welcoming face of our clinic in a full-service  Front Desk Reception  capacity.

Drive growth through  Sales & Marketing Coordination , promoting our cutting-edge services to patients and the community.

Key Responsibilities Reception & Patient Experience

  • Greet patients, check them in / out, and manage scheduling.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Maintain organized patient records and process payments.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and manage social media campaigns and content.
  • Create newsletters, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Organize internal marketing events and patient education.
  • Build partnerships to increase patient referrals.
  • Track and report marketing performance and new patient growth.
  • Requirements

  • Education :  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience :
  • Social media management and content creation. Excel proficiency.
  • Sales, outreach, or business development (cold calling, site visits).
  • Experience in DPC, Functional Medicine, HBOT, IV therapies, Exosomes, Travel Medicine, or dementia evaluations is a strong plus.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and people skills — must be an extrovert!
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic CRM / EMR systems.
  • Schedule & Benefits

  • Schedule :  Full-time, approximately 80 hours biweekly. Continuous training while on site.
