Are you a passionate veterinarian looking to make a difference? Village Veterinary Clinic in Lompoc, CA, is on the hunt for an Associate DVM to join our dedicated team! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional veterinary care with a personal touch, ensuring every pet receives the love and attention they deserve.

At Village Vet, we offer a comprehensive range of services, from preventive medicine to advanced diagnostics and surgery. Our experienced team is committed to empowering pet owners through education and open communication, fostering informed decisions about their furry family members' health.

Your Role

This is a flexible full-time or part-time position, welcoming veterinarians of all experience levels, including recent graduates. We’re looking for someone who :

  • Loves small animal medicine (special interests are always welcome!)
  • Is reliable, compassionate, and a true team player
  • Thrives in dynamic environments and is confident in their skills
  • Values client education and communicates effectively and compassionately
  • Is licensed (or able to become licensed) in the state of California
