This is a focused litigation support role ideal for an attorney who thrives on research and writing. You will be at the core of our case-building process — helping landlords protect their rights through well-argued motions and persuasive opposition work.

Responsibilities :
Draft oppositions to motions to quash, demurrers, motions to strike, motions for summary judgment, applications for order staying execution or motions to set aside the judgment.Prepare affirmative motions including motions for summary judgment, motions to compel further discovery, and motions for judgment on the pleadings.Conduct legal research and draft supporting memoranda.Collaborate with trial attorneys to support ongoing litigation strategy.Qualifications :
Strong legal research and writing skillsExperience in drafting legal documents and preparing motionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCalifornia Bar admissionExperience in landlord-tenant law is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbout Company
