Construction Project Manager / CMAR / CM @ Risk (North Charleston)

Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR / CM at Risk / CM @ Risk / CM@R) at Brantley Construction Company in North Charleston, SC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for preconstruction services, project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management tasks on a daily basis.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent computer software skills : Timberline, OST, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Primavera, proficient in video conferencing, AIA and advanced Excel.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other comparable related degree.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of documented commercial construction experience in CMAR contracts managing commercial, industrial, education, or healthcare construction projects. With your resume please provide
