    • Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with our individualized care plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to your scope of practice.
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in prioritizing patient care.
  • Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by your supervisor.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid professional license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school. If foreign-trained, your program must be deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.
