Position Overview
We are seeking CVOR Techs to join our high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. We specialize in complex open-heart and vascular procedures and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
First-time travelers acceptedMinimum 1 year of CVOR experience required (must include recent cardiac scrub experience within the past year)Certification : NBSTSA required (NCCT not accepted)Call Requirement : Approx. 10 days / month, including weekends (30-minute response time required)About the Unit
Daily Case Volume : ~6Rooms : 3 active rooms, expanding to 4 daily until 1700Procedures :Open hearts, vascular, robotics, ECMO, CABG, TAVR, TCAR, EVAR, Impella, lung resections
All cardiac procedures except transplantsPatient Population : Adolescents, Adults, GeriatricsOrientation Hours : 36Traveler-Friendly : Flexible scheduling whenever possibleRequired Skills & Experience
