The role supervises the batchers assigned to the kitting department at two different locations. The supervisor will instruct, train and five directives for the kitting team to ensure the pre weighing of raw materials is in accordance with formulations and the kitting SUP. The supervisor will ensure the team follows the weekly schedule and must be in constant communication with the line of leadership. They will work closely with the batching manager on duty to ensure the correct items are weighted daily per the weekly schedule. The kitting supervisor will help Identify safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Requirements :

• Read BOM's to the time and role material white ingredients to be used per batch.
• Picking in raw materials for batteries processing according to standard operation procedure.
• The supervisor will verify all raw materials using NetSuite daily.
• Identify incorrect way, batching, determine the root causes of the issue, informed the batching manager and fix the batches.
• Ensure that the pre-weight material areas kept clean at all times and sanitize all equipment in preparation areas.
• Check equipment, status, and report any issues to maintenance.
• May operate a forklift or pallet jack to obtain any raw material.
• Establishing and adjusting work procedures and schedule to meet production plans.
• Work with other departments to assure that all material following inventory standards.
• Make sure all team members are trained in a work in compliance with the standard practices, GMP's, HACCP, and FSSC expectations.
• Monitor material usage to assure FIFO.
• Keep batch kit stock 48 hours ahead.
• Perform daily spots to assure proper kitting.
• Verify kitty batches match the BOM.
• 8-hour shift
• Weekend availability as needed
