Overview

Work with the import department management team to ensure that all payments (ACH, deferred tax, interest bills, etc.) are accurate and timely processed and transmitted to Customs and Border Protection as required by federal regulation.

Primary Responsiblities :

• Ability to handle large volume of import shipments.
• Follow up with all import shipments as required by federal agencies.
• Comply with established company and department policy and procedures.
• Maintain duty calculation spreadsheets and entry / documentation check lists as required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time sensitive tasks.
• Analyze, identify and provide solutions to day to day work related issues.
• Maintain a good track record in keeping clearance errors to less than 2% per month.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Assist team members as needed.
