Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience : Commercial reconstruction project knowledge - REQUIRED; Familiarity with Xactimate and the restoration process; IICRC Certification (Preferred); OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred); Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings (Preferred).
Knowledge & Skills : Understanding of workflow procedures and project management systems; Familiarity with the insurance industry (a plus); Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and build strong professional relationships.
Travel Requirement : Ability to travel extensively as business needs arise (REQUIRED); Driving Requirements : Must have a good driving record, be at least 21 years old, and have at least three years of verifiable driving experience.
