A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Security to lead a team of Security Engineers focused on enhancing cloud security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee team performance, including feature delivery, quality, and professional growth

Collaborate with various teams to define security policies and improve compliance

Design and implement security enhancements for applications and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in security and software engineering, particularly with AWS

In-depth knowledge of SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks

Hands-on experience with security tools such as Wiz, Snyk, and GuardDuty

Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
