• Perform in-home nursing assessments and treatments\n
• Complete and document OASIS assessments accurately\n
• Chart using Homecare Homebase\n
• Communicate with physicians and the care team\n
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active RN license in Georgia\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent home health nursing experience\n
• OASIS and Homecare Homebase experience required\n
• AHA BLS certification\n
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle\n
