Position Overview
The Project Manager will lead the planning and implementation of new company initiatives approved by the Board. This role is responsible for converting ideas into structured projects, coordinating across multiple departments, ensuring deliverables are met, and providing regular progress reports directly to the Board.
Youll act as the bridge between strategy and execution, keeping all teams aligned, identifying risks early, and driving accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate board-approved initiatives into detailed project plans with clear timelines, owners, budgets, and success metrics.
- Manage simultaneous projects across brands, departments, and business units.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs early, and present solutions proactively.
- Facilitate collaboration across product development, marketing, finance, operations, and sales.
- Ensure all departments understand their role in achieving project goals and stay on track.
- Lead project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and post-mortem reviews.
- Prepare concise project updates and performance summaries for the Board.
- Maintain a centralized Monday board of all ongoing initiatives for transparency.
- Maintain momentum and accountability from concept to completion.
- Support the Board in strategic planning by providing data-driven progress reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or multi-brand operations.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present clearly to executive leadership.Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent).Experience managing projects with financial tracking and reporting preferred.Preferred Traits
