Video Reality is seeking a highly organized and motivated Audio Visual Installation Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, manage the installation team, and ensure projects are executed at the highest standard. Location : Oklahoma City, OK. Employment Type : Full-Time.

This range is provided by Video Reality. Base pay range : $25.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
- Operations & Scheduling — Schedule AV installations with customers and confirm site readiness. Review previous day’s tickets, notes, and project status. Manage tickets in “Ready to be Scheduled” status, verifying equipment vs. SOW. Coordinate with sales team and review installation books (drawings, rack elevations, POC details).
- Team Leadership — Review jobs with installers prior to deployment. Oversee equipment loading and verify inventory. Conduct daily huddles and weekly team meetings. Monitor installer time, performance, and provide feedback. Assist New Technicians in onboarding process.
- Customer Communication — Communicate client requirements and ensure readiness prior to deployment. Conduct client walkthroughs after installations. Follow up with customers post-installation for satisfaction.
- Vehicle & Equipment Oversight — Manage van inspections, daily upkeep, and scheduled maintenance. Ensure ladders, tools, and equipment are properly loaded and maintained. Oversee warehouse inventory, consumables, and staging / kitting progress.
- Safety & Compliance — Enforce OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols. Hold weekly safety meetings. Verify installers have proper PPE and follow safety guidelines. Conduct site and vehicle safety audits.
- Project & Documentation Management — Track job progress, ticket updates, and change orders. Collect installer notes / redlines for as-built documentation. Maintain organized storage of drawings, SOWs, and project records.
- Continuous Improvement — Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of jobs completed. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Track department KPIs (schedule adherence, job completion rates, customer satisfaction).
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities. Phone skills are a major part of this role.Proven experience in AV installation management, project management, or a related field a plus.Strong knowledge of AV equipment, installation processes, and project documentation a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, jobsite requirements).Valid driver’s license (clean record required).Why Join Video Reality?
