Data Entry Lead

As a Data Entry Lead, you will ensure that team members in the Data Entry department adhere to established operational standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and accurate daily operations, managing staffing needs, and ensuring a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members in the Data Entry department follow established operational standards.
• Review and approve time-off requests, including sick leave, for Data Entry staff.
• Track attendance and address any issues in alignment with internal expectations.
• Assess staffing needs and coordinate hiring efforts for the department.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for each team member.
• Administer corrective actions when necessary, including formal documentation.
• Oversee daily Data Entry operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update training materials, or develop new resources as needed.
• Communicate externally with clients to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor individual performance, set goals, and provide feedback based on workload and capabilities.
• Ensure service expectations and turnaround times are consistently met.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM. Occasionally, you may need to work on Saturdays, which can be done remotely, depending on the availability of other leads. The work environment supports flexibility and collaboration.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Southgate, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00 / yr.

Salaried position. Compensation to be determined based on experience and qualifications. PTO (2 weeks / 80 hours) Sick (3 days / 24 hours) Benefit Plans to include Medical PPO or HDHP with HSA card Dental, Vision, Life, Voluntary Life Short-term disability
