About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Structurer to join our dynamic Capital Markets team. This high-impact role is at the center of our funding strategy, responsible for the execution of financing and ABS transactions across our entire suite of consumer credit products : Personal Loans, Card, Home Improvement, Indirect Auto, and BNPL Travel. The position reports directly to the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions. You will be a key player in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to bring innovative structured solutions to market.
This role will be based in our New York office in a hybrid capacity, 2-3 times per week.

The compensation range of this position in New York City is USD $150,000-$200,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
