Plant Controller (Hilliard, OH) Job

The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities at the Hilliard manufacturing facility. You'll be a key member of the Hilliard Leadership Team and partner with the team to drive operational excellence, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial goals are met. Your role will be central to interpreting performance, identifying opportunities, and enabling continuous improvement across the plant. This role reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, Manufacturing, and works alongside the Hilliard Plant Manager.
