Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan team events
Communicate updates and maintain process documentation across the organization
Organize shared files and manage operational tools while supporting new company setups and onboarding
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, administrative, or coordination roles, preferably in startups or tech environments
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion / GitBook
Experience or enthusiasm for AI tools and workflow automation platforms
Sound judgment and professionalism in handling confidential information
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
