LaSalle Network is partnering with a food company based in Chicago, IL, to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator. This is a hands-on role that bridges procurement, operations, production, and inventory management to keep sales orders moving seamlessly from design to delivery. Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Own the order-to-cash process for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from order entry through invoicing
• Process customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, monitoring compliance and resolving discrepancies
• Liaise with transportation teams for delivery appointments and logistics issues
• Support customers in the foodservice and K12 channels, including distributors, brokers, and operators
• Review and validate pricing, promotions, and invoices against published lists
• Manage customer / vendor setup in systems and coordinate EDI integrations
• Facilitate and support the RFP / bid process, tracking outcomes and identifying improvements
• Weekly stop-ship reports every Tuesday; monthly inventory reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, IT, and data governance teams on order systems, vendor agreements, and special projects
• Ensure timely shipping and inventory prep for seasonal products (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
