Summary of Job Purpose
Guest Services Hosts inform guests about Dodge Ridge services, answer questions and provide general guest assistance. Guest Services Hosts must enjoy talking with guests and be comfortable interacting with many people. Guest Services Hosts are responsible for creating a well-organized and efficient line. Guest Services Hosts must also assist with providing guests information on how to obtain their tickets, as well as verify guests have the appropriate ticket / pass. Guest Services Hosts will be familiar with the Ticket Pick Up Kiosk and will be available to assist our guests when using them. Guest Services Hosts also assist with lost and found items, as well as other guest relation needs. Guest Services Hosts work both inside and outside and in all weather conditions. This very dynamic job requires an outgoing individual that enjoys interacting with our guests while working in a team environment.

Work Schedules
Weather conditions and the number of guests play a large role in the work scheduling of Dodge Ridge employees.
When conditions are normal, you may be expected to work 40 up to 48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. During busy periods, you may be expected to work six (6) days a week.
You must arrange for transportation to work so that you arrive at your designated workstation at the scheduled time. Keep in mind that you will often be required to drive on hilly, snow packed, and icy road surfaces.
Working Conditions
At any time during the ski season, Dodge Ridge employees are often required to perform their tasks in high winds, heavy snowfalls, low visibility, rain, and extremely cold or warm temperatures.
Work is typically performed indoors working directly with resort guests and other resort staff members and it can be noisy. At times, you may be expected to work outside where it can be cold, wet, or humid. There is also the possibility of working around moving objects such as vehicles or snow blowers.
Uniforms
A professional appearance at Dodge Ridge is required. Please wear your nametag and uniform at all times during your scheduled shift. We will provide most of the uniform for you to do your job. However, you will be required to provide some items as part of your job, as listed below. The quality, color, and style of the items must be approved by your manager prior to being worn to work. All hats worn must have the Dodge Ridge logo while on shift.
