Job Description
Job Description
Electronics Assembly Process Operator
Note : This role is available on 2nd shift (swing) only.
Imagine yourself here
It’s the start of second shift. A new work order hits your station for a high-conductance flexible circuit. You confirm the specs, prepare materials with your safety knives, scissors, and tweezers, and bring the line up to speed. You’re monitoring quality continuously—from raw material inspection to final packaging tests—so product leaving your area meets customer standards every time.
A sensor flags an anomaly. You pause, alert your lead, and help diagnose the issue. Data entry is second nature, so you record time and inventory precisely in the company systems. Between runs, you move WIP safely using electric / manual pallet jacks and carriers, load / unload to fixed equipment and mobile racks, and keep your space clean and audit-ready. Before the shift ends, you’ve suggested a small process change that trims a minute off a cycle and raised a concern about a lot of material that didn’t look right—exactly the vigilance we value.
