Hourly pay rate : $20.00 to $30.00

A little about this position :

Provides safe, fun and interesting training for Big Mountain Freeride Ski athletes.

Will design, implement, evaluate and adjust season-long training and competition plans.

Teaches by example with frequent demonstrations.

Maintains accurate daily journal of training activities.

Maintains frequent contact with parents on athletic, behavioral and academic issues.

Will be required to travel with team to other areas for competitions. Promotes MMSST Team Philosophy and acts as role model for athletes.

Requirements :

IFSA Level 100 required. Two seasons working with athletes in a coaching program or previous Big Mountain competition experience preferred but not essential.

High School graduate and fluent in English language. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team structure with other coaches and training groups. Must possess the ability to demonstrate Big Mountain riding techniques.

Must have knowledge or experience with Big Mountain competition rules.

Basic computer skills required and experience with Word, Excel and Google Docs programs
