Design and redesign components, products, and fixtures. Work with a diversified range of products with mid-level design complications and requirements. Integral component of product development, engineering, testing, training, performance, and support.
May be required to oversee projects to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; Compliment the development and implementation of engineering test plans for a particular product or problem area in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budgets. Support production through engineering.
Responsible for CAD / CAM models, drawings, design and maintenance.
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with computer software and hardware including Computer Aided Design, spreadsheets, word processing.
bachelor’s degree in related field in lieu of experience considered.
Hands-on experience in first level troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulics preferred; familiarity with a variety of manufacturing processes and materials used / prior experience in manufacturing environment a plus.

Ability to accept accountability for both assigned outcome-based projects and defined goals / objectives across multiple McFarlane Mfg. Must wear proper PPE while on the production floor.
