Five years plus experience designing and delivering user-centred digital products and data-driven experiences, applying strong product thinking and measurable design outcomes.
Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end UX design lifecycle, from research, ideation, and prototyping through to usability testing and implementation within agile delivery environments.
Proficient in leading design delivery using modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro and Adobe XD ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Experienced in applying diverse design and delivery methodologies, including Design Thinking, Lean UX and Agile, adapting approaches to context and stakeholder needs.
Proven track record in delivering high-quality UX and UI design solutions end-to-end, ensuring consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and business goals.
Strong understanding of user experience governance, research ethics, and design validation processes, ensuring usability, compliance, and data-informed decision-making across projects.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale, influence direction, and align user experience goals with business priorities.
Passionate about mentoring and coaching teams in user-centred design practices, fostering design maturity, and embedding UX principles across agile delivery teams. Desirable

Experience contributing to product vision and roadmaps from a experience design perspective.
Ability to translate complex data or AI outputs into human-centred experiences.
