Associate Attorney - Join Our Growing Law Firm in Northwest Arkansas

Are you a passionate attorney looking to advance your career with a well-established, client-focused law firm? We\'re seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our client\'s growing team full-time. If you have experience in litigation, a strong understanding of domestic, business, and criminal law, and a dedication to providing exceptional legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds, we want to hear from you!

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 / yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule : 1st shift

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and mediation proceedings.
  • Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, including applications, petitions, appeals, and waivers.
  • Draft correspondence, memos, and complex legal briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed on case status.
  • Stay up to date on legal trends, regulations, and changes in the law, advising clients accordingly.
  • Maintain thorough case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active attorney license in good standing in Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 2 years practicing law at a private law firm with direct courtroom experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and matter management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, court software, and Microsoft / Google applications.
  • Commitment to developing long-term client relationships and contributing to firm growth.

    The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, with annual bonus eligibility. It is a full-time role with flexible work hours and the option to work remotely.
