Base pay range : $45,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service. With over 520 store locations and growing, we are a USA family-owned company. You will confidently sell our premium mattress / bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and the bedMATCH system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Typical 4–5 day work week, 40–55 hours per week.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
  • Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
  • Comfort with using tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the bedMATCH system.
  • Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
