Service Delivery Management :

  • Own the delivery of Oracle Cloud AMS services for ERP & SCM modules, including issue resolution, enhancements, and service requests.
  • Ensure all incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests are handled within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare service reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to discuss KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all AMS-related engagements with client stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Understand client business processes and priorities to align AMS support and enhancements accordingly.
  • Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP & SCM, with 5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, AP, AR, GL) and SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing).
  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud AMS engagements and Oracle Cloud Implementation experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SR management and collaboration with Oracle Support.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation Certification.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional).
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or SCM.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor or global delivery model.
  • Work Environment :

  • Hybrid or Remote, with occasional client visits as required.
  • Willingness to work in flexible hours to coordinate with offshore teams or during critical issue resolution.
