Service Delivery Management :
- Own the delivery of Oracle Cloud AMS services for ERP & SCM modules, including issue resolution, enhancements, and service requests.
- Ensure all incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests are handled within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare service reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) for internal and client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to discuss KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for all AMS-related engagements with client stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.Understand client business processes and priorities to align AMS support and enhancements accordingly.Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP & SCM, with 5+ years in a Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, AP, AR, GL) and SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing).Proven experience in Oracle Cloud AMS engagements and Oracle Cloud Implementation experienceExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.Familiarity with Oracle SR management and collaboration with Oracle Support.Preferred Qualifications :
ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation Certification.PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional).Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or SCM.Experience working in a multi-vendor or global delivery model.Work Environment :
