YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, your day will begin at our central location in Santa Fe, where you'll coordinate with your team to prepare for the day's installations. You will be responsible for leading heating and cooling system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-split systems, and ventilation solutions.

Throughout the day, you will assign tasks to your team, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and monitor the quality of work. You will also conduct final inspections and performance tests to guarantee that each system is fully functional and meets our high standards for customer satisfaction. In addition, you will mentor junior technicians and apprentices, helping them grow their skills while ensuring they follow safety protocols and contribute effectively to each project.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• EPA Section 608 certification
• NATE certification (or a willingness to obtain it)
• Valid driver's license

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE

This full-time heating and cooling position is based in Santa Fe, NM, with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will report to our central location before heading out to job sites each day.
