The Senior Director Of Procurement leads Ameresco's global procurement function, driving strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management across a diverse portfolio of clean energy and infrastructure projects. This role supports Ameresco's mission to deliver innovative energy solutions, including solar, battery storage, microgrids, and energy efficiency retrofits, through performance-based and design-built models. The Vice President ensures procurement strategies align with business goals, project risk profiles, and sustainability commitments, while enabling operational excellence across federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial markets.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports Ameresco's clean energy and infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, geographically distributed procurement team.
• Oversee procurement for complex, multi-technology projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all procurement activities meet regulatory, contractual, and ESG standards.
• Collaborate with project risk teams to assess and mitigate supplier and contractual risks.
• Champion the adoption of digital procurement tools and analytics.
• Track and report on procurement KPIs.
• Represent Ameresco in strategic negotiations, industry forums, and supplier summits.
• Perform other duties as required.
