Oracle OTL Functional Consultant

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labor) in a live production environment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry, time cards, approvals, and data flow to Payroll

Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of time data

Required Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) module

Solid understanding of configuration, time entry rules, fast formulas, and approval workflows

Working knowledge of Oracle Payroll and its integration with OTL data

Hands-on experience providing post-go-live support and resolving production issues

Familiarity with Oracle HCM Core HR and related data structures
