Current state licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Occupational TherapistKey Responsibilities :
Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based occupational therapy, using play, to children in both our clinic and in community settings.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to treat the whole child and not just their symptoms.Document treatments, evaluations and plan of care using professional jargon that supports skilled therapeutic necessity in a concise and timely manner.Submits accurate billing charges in a timely mannerUpholds the reputation of the company by maintaining a professional demeanor and provides quality care to all clients.Sets and Works towards meeting personal and clinic goalsContribute to a team-oriented environment, learning from and sharing expertise and strategies with colleagues.Genuine promotion of the company in the community
