job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence. Document observations, incidents, and / or activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols. Communicate with site personnel and / or visitors in a professional manner, providing assistance or guidance as needed. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to report concerns and suggest improvements related to security-related matters. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
