Labor Foreman

The Labor Foreman performs basic installation of materials on a construction site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities
• Supervise and train workers
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Ensure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Report on progress to Superintendent

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
