Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join a 240-bed facility offering Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Sub Acute services. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a sign-on bonus for full-time candidates.

Purpose :

To deliver high-quality speech therapy services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation, ensuring personalized care for residents.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct resident screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clear goals
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and team members
• Coordinate therapy schedules and ensure proper documentation and billing
