Facility Maintenance : Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers). Operational Excellence : Complete with the inspection of facilities / equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections. Interpersonal & Communication Skills : Expertly engaged with Team Members and captivate & care for customers with your communication skills. Collected & Composed : Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service. Flexible Schedule : Our 24 / 7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays. Foodservice : 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
