Badger State Staffing is seeking safety-conscious Fabricators for full-time opportunities based in the Kaukauna area. This dual role requires fabricating, installing, and repairing metal structures and piping based on blueprints, as well as installing diverse insulation materials for thermal, fire, and acoustic performance.
Primary Duties :
- Perform MIG welding
- Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate basic hand / air tools including electric grinders and overhead cranes
- Perform heat sealing and thermal bonding processes to join materials
- Apply clipper and staple lacing techniques to fasten materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Install fabricated components according to project specifications
- Participate in field installations, which may include travel to customer sites
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM.
