Role Description : As a Services Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the

development of Java-based applications, primarily using the Spring Boot framework. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills

and collaboration along with excellent communication skills.

Must Have Skillset :

Hands-on Java development

Spring Boot framework

RESTful API design and development.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Agile development

Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

Design and implement technical architecture for Java Spring Boot applications

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Lead code reviews and ensuring code quality

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools

Development :

Develop and maintain Spring Boot applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Troubleshoot and debug issues

Write and execute unit and integration tests.

Collaboration :

Working closely with other teams, such as product management, QA, and operations

Participating in cross-functional meetings

Ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Team Leadership :

Leading and motivating the development team

Delegating tasks and responsibilities

Monitoring team performance and providing feedback

Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team

Project Management :

Participating in project planning and estimation

Managing project timelines and deliverable

Identifying and mitigating risks

Communicating project status to stakeholders
