• Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Therapy
• Active FL PT or OT license
• Pelvic health experience
• Strong communication skills
• EPIC EMR Experience

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat adult patients with pelvic health issues (incontinence, constipation, pregnancy / postpartum pain, etc.)

Provide gait training, mobility therapy, therapeutic exercises, oxygen titration, and post-acute care recommendations.

Work across therapy services / settings with strong communication and documentation.

Preferred : Outpatient care experience
