What You’ll Do :

✅ Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.

✅ Deliver skilled PT services to improve mobility, strength, and function.

✅ Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and exercise programs.

✅ Document care accurately using EMR (Wellsky / Kinnser).

✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Active Texas PT License.

✅ Graduate of an accredited PT program.

✅ EMR experience (Wellsky / Kinnser preferred).

✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

✅ 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
