Overview
Senior Director, Corporate Development at HP (in partnership with myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community). HP is an inclusive employer. This role supports inorganic growth initiatives through acquisitions and divestitures, reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Development & Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of deal execution : target identification and engagement, structuring, valuation, business model assessment, negotiation, due diligence, risk analysis, and deal approval processes.
- Establish relationships with executives across Global Business Units to develop inorganic growth strategies and execution plans.
- Cultivate and manage a deal pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external groups such as investment banks and advisors.
- Apply financial rigor and strategic insight to support executive decision making.
- Lead cross-functional due diligence teams to evaluate risks and synergy opportunities.
- Oversee internal review and approval processes with C-level executives and Board members.
- Collaborate with the M&A integration team to ensure seamless transition from deal execution to value realization.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay range : $183,650 – $293,800 USD annually, with additional opportunities for bonus and / or equity (applies to United States candidates). Pay varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
