  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in children, with a focus on early intervention strategies to support their development.

    • Duties
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills in pediatric patients.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and specific needs.
    • Provide speech therapy services to children, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for patient care.
    • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
    • Educate families on speech development and strategies to support their child's communication skills at home.
    • Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques and methodologies.
    • Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • State licensure or certification as required for practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
    • Experience working in a pediatric environment is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.
    • Familiarity with early intervention practices and pediatric care.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
