The Opportunity : Float Pool RN

Our Staff Resource Pool is a highly skilled, flexible team of nursing professionals who support a variety of clinical units across Levindale. As a Float Pool RN , you’ll bring expertise, adaptability, and compassion wherever care is needed most—ensuring seamless support and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, age-appropriate, patient- and family-centered care across multiple departments

Perform and document comprehensive assessments

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Educate patients and caregivers with empathy and clarity

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Minimum 2  year of RN experience

Active Maryland RN license

BLS (AHA required)

Basic computer proficiency (Cerner, Microsoft Office, Synquest)

Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
