About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 24 months minimum of current PCU experience required

License : Active Arizona License

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

No license hits.

Flu vaccination status must be included in submission; declinations can be applied for.

All certifications must be active at the time of submission.

Travel experience is preferred.

Description :

Candidates must possess a minimum of 24 months of current Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience.

Certifications should be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and active upon submission.

All positions will require candidates to be pre-closed and ready to accept.

RTO cannot exceed seven days, and will not be approved within the first week of the assignment or during holidays.

The weekend schedule will be determined by the facility.

The cover page must be completely filled out.

A resume detailing all facilities, facility sizes, bed counts, trauma levels, and units must be submitted.

A skills checklist specific to the discipline is required and must be less than a year old.

Verification of the active license must be less than 30 days old.

It is critical to adhere to specific background requirements as outlined.
