Warehouse Forklift Operator Aurora, CO (Contract-to-Hire)

Shift & Pay : MondaySaturday (with Tuesday or Wednesday off)

1st Shift (4 : 30 AM 2 : 30 PM) - $21.85 / hr

2nd Shift (1 : 00 PM 9 : 30 PM, with potential to 10 : 30 or 11 : 30 PM) - $23.35

Location : Aurora Distribution Center

We're looking for reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Workers to support our distribution operations. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, this is your chance to grow with a company that values your skills.

What You'll Do :

  • Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to pick and stage orders.
  • Handle large items like TVs and appliances, loading by hand when needed.
  • Pick 20+ orders per hour with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stage products at the loading dock for outbound delivery.
  • Spend 90% of your shift operating equipment, and 10% cleaning or hand-loading.

What You Bring :

  • 1+ year of stand-up forklift experience (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with electric pallet jacks and RF scanners is a plus.
  • General warehouse experience is helpful.

    The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $23.35 / hr.
