Are you an experienced Dental Assistant a passion for learning and changing lives? Yes, change lives, not doing dentistry. Our growing dental practice is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team, care for our large family patients referred to as customers by corporate dentistry offices. We are seeking an honest, motivated individual for our 'big three focus philosophy : '

• Patients (Family)
• Practice (takes care of our family)

What Were Looking For :

• Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
• Expanded functions and radiology certification (highly incentivized, however not required)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong organizational / multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Denticon not required, however certainly a bonus

Responsibilities Include :

• Clinical operations to ensure quality patient care, and overall efficiency in clinical operations.
• Clear communications with patients, as well as clinical and front office team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Forward thinking, and problem solving attitude
• Treatment planning
• Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols amongst entire clinical team

Competitive Wages

Pay range based on knowledge and experience $20.00-$30.00 per hour
